Can I request a monthly villa stay?
Yes. Send your complete check-in and check-out dates, bedroom choice and guest count. Monthly and longer stays depend on availability and written confirmation; no fixed monthly discount is promised.
Will we share the villa?
No. You stay in one of four identical villas. Its pool, kitchen, living space, terrace and garden are private to your group. With one bedroom booked, the second stays locked and is not occupied by another booking.
Is it suitable for remote work?
The villa has Wi-Fi and living space. Before booking, tell us about any essential workspace, video-call or connectivity requirements so we can discuss suitability. Internet speed and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.
What costs and services should we confirm?
Ask for written confirmation of the agreed total, payment terms, cleaning, linen, utilities and any other stay-specific arrangements before accepting a longer stay.
How many people may stay?
One bedroom allows a maximum of 2 people; two bedrooms allow a maximum of 4. Children and infants count, and at least one adult must stay.
Plan your arrival by ferry and read the booking conditions. Private Pool Residences is a peaceful private accommodation, not a party venue.
