Email verification and booking security
When you verify your email address or submit a booking request, we process technical data including the server-observed IP address and timestamps. We use these data for abuse protection, spam prevention, security checks and traceability of booking requests. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; a verified session lasts 30 minutes. Short-lived verification records expire automatically. Technical data associated with a submitted request are retained with that booking record and are not included in guest emails or public pages.
Booking.com reservation records
When we manually record a Booking.com reservation, we may store a private copy of the relevant booking confirmation together with information such as the reservation reference, guest name, stay dates, occupancy, booking option, booking price and booking source.
We use this information to manage the reservation, allocate a villa, prevent conflicting bookings and maintain our internal availability records.
Booking confirmations and their extracted booking information are stored privately and are not intended to be publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised users who need the information to manage the reservation.
