Private Pool Residences is in Baan Tai on Koh Phangan’s south coast. Baan Tai Beach is about 1.2 km away and Baan Kai Beach about 1.3 km away by straight-line listing reference.
For arrivals, allow roughly 10–15 minutes by road from Thong Sala and 15–20 minutes from Haad Rin in ordinary conditions. Ferry unloads, heavy rain and major island events can add time.
Each villa has on-site guest parking. Save the exact Google Maps location before travelling and agree the taxi fare before departure.
The villas are not directly on the beach and are not inside an event venue. Baan Tai works as a quieter base with road access toward Thong Sala, Haad Rin and other parts of the island. On major event nights, arrange return transport in advance.
