Our recommendation from Baan Tai
Thong Sala is the most convenient arrival pier for Private Pool Residences. It gives most guests the shorter, simpler final transfer to the villa.
The villa is approximately 5.5 km from Thong Sala Pier. In ordinary traffic, allow about 15 minutes by taxi or car.
Ask for Private Pool Residences, 46/16 Moo 3, Baan Tai, show the driver the map route and confirm the total fare before leaving the pier.
Open route from Thong Sala ↗Haad Rin Pier is a useful alternative when your ferry from Koh Samui finishes there. The villa is approximately 7.9 km away; allow about 20 minutes by taxi or car in ordinary traffic.
Thong Sala is our recommended arrival pier when it fits your itinerary because the onward road transfer to the villa is shorter. Always check the arrival pier on your ticket.
Open route from Haad Rin ↗These are planning estimates, not guaranteed transfer times. Allow extra time when several ferries unload together, on Full Moon dates, during heavy rain or in other busy periods.
A pre-arranged pickup is the easiest option with luggage. Pier taxis and shared songthaews are also commonly used; confirm the destination and fare before departure.

Lomprayah and Seatran Discovery list services to Koh Phangan, while Haad Rin Queen uses the Big Buddha/Bangrak area and arrives at Haad Rin.
Samui has several ferry piers. Check the exact pier printed on your ticket before leaving the airport and allow time for baggage collection and the road transfer.
A combined bus-and-ferry ticket with Koh Phangan / Thong Sala as the final destination can make a mainland arrival simpler. Lomprayah offers combined mainland connections; Raja Ferry lists Donsak–Koh Phangan itineraries.
Do not assume a ticket to Koh Samui also covers Koh Phangan. Check the full itinerary and whether the road transfer from your airport or railway station is included, or only the ferry crossing.
Use the current search on Lomprayah or Seatran Discovery and select Koh Phangan for your exact travel date. Keep the arrival pier and arrival time handy when arranging the final transfer to Baan Tai.

An option from the Big Buddha/Bangrak area of Koh Samui when its route fits your plans. It arrives at Haad Rin, around 20 minutes from the villa in ordinary traffic. Confirm the current sailing directly with the operator.
